Mr. Shailendra Swarup (B.Tech & MBA) leads this venture as Chairman, bringing over four decades of pioneering spirit and industry expertise.
A true trailblazer, Mr. Swarup is a partner at Printers’ Den Packaging, where he has driven the Induction Seals business for more than 35 years and spearheaded the packaging labels division for over 45 years. Under his leadership, Printers’ Den introduced induction sealing to India, starting with the iconic Vicks VapoRub seal for P&G — a game-changer in product security and quality.
Mr. Swarup’s vision, resilience, and hands-on leadership have transformed a local venture into a powerhouse of innovation and quality, continually shaping India’s packaging landscape while capturing global markets.
Saumil Sharma
(Co-Founder)
Mr. Saumil Sharma (B.Tech, MA, MBA – ISB Dean’s List) serves as Head of Strategy, bringing over 20 years of extensive business experience to the venture.
He is a partner at Printers’ Den Packaging, overseeing all induction seals business operations for the past 10 years. Additionally, Mr. Sharma is the co-founder of Just One, a company specializing in 100% natural hair solutions. His strategic approach balances broad organizational vision with focused operational execution, effectively driving the company’s growth trajectory.

As COO of PD Packaging CO, Mr.Shivam has played a key operational role in shaping the company’s success over the past 7 years. With a hands-on approach and sharp operational insight, he have streamlined production workflows, improved supply chain efficiency, and ensured consistent delivery of high-performance induction sealing wads.
